The short version

We collect what you submit through our forms and basic attribution details that help us understand which pages and campaigns led to a submission. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across the web, and we never sell or rent your information. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you join the update list or apply for early access, we collect what you submit - your email, and optionally your name, role, dispensary/business name, state, current point-of-sale system, current menu provider, storefront URL, number of locations, launch timeline, and any message. The qualifying details help us understand and sequence demand as we open up in new states.
• Attribution and site interaction details. When JavaScript is available, our site can attach campaign parameters, landing page, referrer, and basic form or CTA interaction events to help us understand which pages are working. This helper does not set advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To reach out about Bower's launch and early access, to respond to your inquiry, and to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Email & your consent

When you join the update list we confirm your email (double opt-in) before adding you to the list. Every message we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and you can opt out at any time. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie-consent banner.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and update list - our email provider, hosting, and measurement tools if configured - and only as needed to provide those services under their own data-protection terms. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing privacy@joinbower.com. We'll honor applicable privacy-law requests.

Data retention

We keep update-list, early-access, and contact information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it, or until you ask us to delete it.

Not directed to minors

Bower sells software to licensed cannabis businesses. This site is intended for business owners and operators, not for consumers under the legal age, and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
